What happens when you delete your account

When you delete your LowPricer account, the following data will be permanently removed:

• Profile information (name, email, avatar photo);
• Search history (encrypted terms);
• Favorite products;
• Configured price alerts;
• Conversations with the shopping advisor;
• Session tokens and refresh tokens;
• Account preferences and settings.

What may be retained

Some data may be retained for a limited period when required by law or for legitimate purposes:

• Server logs (IP address, access records) — up to 90 days, for security and fraud prevention;
• Financial records related to affiliate commissions — as required by applicable tax law;
• Anonymized data used for aggregate statistics that do not allow personal identification.

How to request deletion

You can delete your account in two ways:

Option 1 — Through the app (recommended)

1. Open the LowPricer app and sign in to your account;
2. Go to Profile → Settings;
3. Tap Delete account;
4. Confirm deletion in the dialog box.

Deletion is processed immediately and your data is removed within 30 days.

Option 2 — By email

If you cannot access the app, send an email to:

• To: contato@lowpricer.win
• Subject: Account deletion — LowPricer
• Body: Include the email registered on your account

We will respond within 15 business days confirming deletion.

Accounts created with Google

If you created your account using Google sign-in, deleting your LowPricer account only removes data stored on our servers. To revoke LowPricer's access to your Google account, visit your Google Account app permissions.

Consequences of deletion

• Deletion is irreversible — you cannot recover the account or data after confirmation;
• You will need to create a new account to use LowPricer again;
• Favorites, alerts and search history will be permanently lost.
