Welcome to LowPricer. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the LowPricer mobile app and website lowpricer.win ("Service"), operated by LowPricer ("we").
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Service description
LowPricer is a shopping assistant that uses artificial intelligence to interpret natural language searches and query partner marketplaces (Shopee, Amazon, Mercado Livre, Awin and others) to present product offers.
LowPricer is not an online store. We do not sell products, process payments or handle transactions on third-party sites. Clicking a product redirects you to the corresponding marketplace store.
2. Eligibility and account
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
- You must provide truthful information and keep your data up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Acceptable use
When using LowPricer, you agree not to:
- Use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes;
- Attempt to bypass, manipulate or attack security systems, including AI guardrails;
- Send malicious searches, injection prompts, jailbreaks or content that violates third-party rights;
- Use bots, scrapers or unauthorized automation to access the Service;
- Reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without authorization;
- Interfere with the Service or other users' experience.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.
4. Search results and accuracy
Prices, availability, images and product descriptions come from third-party marketplaces and may be outdated or incorrect. LowPricer does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or availability of displayed information.
Always verify price, shipping, delivery time and conditions directly in the store before completing a purchase.
5. Artificial intelligence
The Service uses AI models (OpenAI) to interpret searches and provide recommendations. AI responses are automatically generated and may contain inaccuracies. They should not be considered professional shopping, financial or legal advice.
6. Affiliate links
Some product links may be affiliate links. LowPricer may receive a commission if you make a purchase through these links, at no additional cost to you. This revenue helps keep the Service free.
7. Advertising
The app displays ads via Google AdMob. Ad display is part of the free Service experience and is subject to Google's policies.
8. Intellectual property
All Service content — including brand, logo, design, source code and text — is owned by LowPricer or its licensors, protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
9. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages from use of the Service or purchases on third-party marketplaces.
10. Service modifications
We may change, suspend or discontinue any Service functionality at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms; the last revision date will be shown at the top of this page.
11. Termination
You may close your account at any time following the instructions on our Account deletion page. We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these Terms.
12. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of the user's domicile, in accordance with consumer protection law.
